After Chambéry, Mulhouse, Montpellier and Toulouse, Tesla will open three new centers in Rennes, Reims-Châlons and Cannes-Mandelieu, bringing the total number of sites in France to 22. The Rennes branch, the first in Brittany, has already opened its doors. The Model 3 and the Model Y are presented there and can be tested. Specialized technicians can also take care of the maintenance and repairs of the brand’s vehicles.
The other two centers of Reims-Châlons and Cannes-Mandelieu will open by the end of the year, announced Tesla in its press release, dated October 7. Here too, customers can take test drives or have their Tesla serviced there. And the automaker shouldn’t stop there. “The Tesla sales and after-sales network will continue to develop in France in 2022”, already announces the firm of Elon Musk.
In its press release, Tesla recalls that its Model 3 was the best-selling premium sedan in the world in 2020, all engines combined. Its price: from €37,800 (bonus deducted). In addition, it offers up to 614 km of WLTP autonomy. Regarding the Roadster, however, it will still have to wait. If the launch of production of Tesla’s new car was scheduled for 2020, industrial shortages have upset the plans of Elon Musk, who announces a delay in delivery of the new vehicle to 2023.
