Marie-Antoinette Katoto out through injury against Belgium

Marie-Antoinette Katoto, the striker of the France team, left the field after only a quarter of an hour of play this Thursday evening against Belgium, during the second match of the Blue in the Euro.

The striker collapsed on the field, suffering from the right knee, already strapped at the start of the game. The PSG striker was visibly injured on a support, after a call for the ball.

Already a training alert on Wednesday

At the start of the second period, Katoto returned to the bench using crutches, her right knee surrounded by an ice pack. The staff of Les Bleues wanted to be reassuring with the two broadcasters (TF1 and Canal +) of the meeting.

The day before the meeting, she had already been hit in a duel with Eve PĂ©risset in training. Katoto walked out and grimaced, having to be helped by the medical staff, then was replaced by Ouleymata Sarr.
