Nasser Larguet leaves OM (official)

Appointed head of the OM training center in the summer of 2019, Nasser Larguet will leave his post next week, as formalized on Monday in a press release by the Marseille club, which evokes a resignation of the Moroccan for “personal reasons”.

Nasser Larguet, who had acted on the bench for the first team for nine matches following the departure of André Villas-Boas in February 2021, had already been announced close to a departure at the end of last season. His relations with Pablo Longoria were described as fresh and he was then announced very close to Caen.

“Olympique de Marseille respects this decision and would like to thank Nasser for his contribution over nearly three years to the young people of the Training Center, but also to the professional team. The club wishes him the best for his future professional projects. The club is working on the next steps that will allow us to better understand the future of training. OM said in a statement.
