According to our findings, the application has recently been removed from the two application stores in which it is usually listed, namely the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Contacted by Univers Freebox, the developer has not yet revealed the reason for this disappearance, possibly temporary. Free Mobile subscribers who have already downloaded the “Free Mobile – My Account” application can still use it.
As a reminder, Free launched an alpha version last month, called “My Free account”. The first mobile app of its kind developed by Free, it allows Freebox subscribers to access the details of their offer, as well as manage their bills and benefit from assistance and WiFi settings. It remains to be seen whether the operator is also working on an application of the same type developed internally for its 13.7 million mobile subscribers.
